Japan House London: ‘Looks Delicious!’

To tie in with Japan House London’s ‘Looks Delicious!’ exhibition, I visited what could itself be described as an uncanny recreation of a cookery school, to experience making the kind of shokuhin sanpuru (‘food replicas’) that Japanese restaurants use to advertise their wares.
